Warranty Policy

Peterson Equipment Co., Inc. (“Pete’s Plug®”) warrants that all products manufactured by our company are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

This warranty reflects our commitment to quality, built on over 57 years of American manufacturing, proprietary materials, and a rigorous multi-point inspection process performed on every part prior to shipment.

Warranty Coverage

• Applies to products manufactured by Peterson Equipment Co., Inc.

• Covers defects in materials and workmanship

• Valid under normal installation, use, and service conditions

Warranty Period

• Three (3) years from the date of shipment from original purchase. 

What We Will Do

At our discretion, Peterson Equipment Co., Inc. will:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace the product, or

• Issue appropriate credit

for any product determined to be defective under this warranty.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

• Improper installation or misuse

• Damage due to abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

• Normal wear and tear

• Use outside recommended applications or specifications

Limitations:

• This warranty is limited to the original purchaser

• Peterson Equipment Co., Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor

costs, downtime, or system damage

• No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the

terms stated herein

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Peterson Equipment Co., Inc. with:

• Proof of purchase

• Product identification details

• Description of the issue

Our team will review promptly and work toward a resolution consistent with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Return Policy

All Peterson Equipment Co., Inc. (“Pete’s Plug®”) sales are final and non-returnable.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, products may be evaluated for replacement or warranty consideration, per our warranty policy.
